Taking its own twist on the SNL classic, “Deep Thoughts,” Glamour magazine used its latest cover girl to achieve viral success on social media.

The campaign features Anna Kendrick, star of the upcoming “Pitch Perfect 2” and advertising darling (see her equally charming work for Kate Spade here) making various statements, including some of her own, to comedic effect. It’s a move that stands out for Glamour, which normally sticks to makeup tutorials, relationship advice or weight loss tips on their YouTube channel, and it’s paid off. The video is entertaining, engaging and is now handily the most-watched content on the magazine’s channel.
