With scouting activities put on pause due to COVID-19, Girl Scouts has announced CircleAround, a media brand and website to share content and help reconnect alumni with one another.
The 108-year-old nonprofit has been a part of the lives of nearly 59 million women nationwide. The test website will launch on June 30th with the official site going live in July. The main focus is to reconnect alumni and share content that reflects the organization’s values. Content will include podcasts, photos, blogs, and videos featuring topics such as inspiration, wellness, work, money, parenting, relationships, and news.
By designing a platform where alumni can engage with each other and access relevant content, CircleAround can build a brand that will foster a lasting connection with its members. Through participation and engagement, the Girl Scouts will only build up its “troop” more.
