Little Caesars’ new Reserve-N-Ready service allows customers who order and pay on their phones to simply walk in and pick up their orders from a portal.
Customers will receive a 3-digit pin or QR code that can be used to unlock their order in the Pizza Portal, which is the first of its kind in the industry.
This execution of technology for efficiency and convenience comes as many quick-service restaurants are using technology to improve the customer experience and increase customer interaction with the brand.
