The popular Japanese cosmetics brand, Lux, which promises fresh fragrant products has just released Sakura Dream.
The site which launched concurrently with the blooming of Cherry Blossom trees around the world allows users to view any Google Map street as if it was lined with the pink trees. The initiative is intended to blend the brand’s Japanese origin with consumers lives as users are encouraged to input their own addresses or iconic locations around the world. While not perfect, the experience does make it possible to easily imagine the beauty and tranquility of well known streets had they been lined with Sakura trees.
