Luxury retailer Neiman Marcus and Visa are teaming up to provide loyal shoppers with discounts and incentive opportunities via SMS. Titled “nmbuzz”, the text messaging service will provide awards to not only those who shop in-store, but online shoppers as well. Shoppers can visit the nmbuzz website to enroll up to three separate Visa cards on their mobile device and will be awarded with discounts when they use their Visa at the store. They can also receive messages if they use one of their cards at a retailer shop near the Neiman Marcus store, acting as a reminder to visit the shop.
