In celebration of this year’s mid-week 4th of July, Smirnoff is paying 100 fans to take a five day weekend to keep the party going.
Smirnoff knows nobody wants to head back to work after a Wednesday filled will barbeques, beer, and fireworks; so they’re offering two paid days off (a $500 stipend) to fans who comment what they would do with “two more days of freedom.”
The number of winners and nature of the contest are a great way to garner fan attention and create universal appeal, I mean you don’t have to like Smirnoff to want a five day weekend. The Smirnoff team is utilizing banner ads, print, and social media to promote the contest which runs from June 24th to July 1st.
